You cannot read your body's signals if you are moving too fast to hear them. This is where awareness begins.

The Story

Hi, I'm Marie.

For over twenty years, migraines and cycle pain were just part of my life. I saw doctors, tried diets, changed everything. Nothing gave me a real explanation.

It was Traditional Chinese Medicine that finally helped me see the pattern, not by treating symptoms in isolation, but by looking at me as a whole person. For the first time, things made sense.

That shift is what led me to build the ComfyMethod.

I am a certified TCM-informed health coach and yoga instructor with over 500 hours of training, Reiki Level II, and a lifelong connection to Ayurveda and cycle wisdom. I am not teaching from a textbook. I am teaching from lived experience.

What was missing, everywhere I looked, was someone who taught women to actually read their own body, not follow a protocol, but understand their patterns. That is the gap ComfyMethod fills.

This work is not about doing more. It is about doing the right things for your body, consistently. This is the place I wish I had found twenty years ago. I built it so you do not have to wait that long
